CURIOSITY

HONEY OF CHESTNUT

Honey is the food that the bees NON SELVATICHE  produce from flowers nectar. They process it, store it and let it ripen in the ALVEARE honeycombs. All honeys are liquid at their original form but with the decrease of the temperature many of them crystallized and return liquid when heated eg. in a water bath with a temperature not exceeding 40 °.
Honey can be considered a food reserve: only the bees (and a few other insects) make honey.
